For parents
AI help, kept inside the lesson.
Ako is a multiplayer island where every game is a real lesson in math, science, or reading. The voice AI tutor can coach your child, but it cannot wander into an open-ended chat or act outside the lesson's fixed rules. Built for ages 4–13.

The lesson sets the boundaries
In parent terms: Ako can ask why the volcano erupted, invite another fraction prediction, or help your child test an idea. It cannot turn the activity into something else or go off script.
Ako is not an open-ended chatbot dropped into a children's game. Every lesson gives Ako a fixed set of actions it is allowed to take. Each action is checked against the lesson's rules before it can happen. If something is not part of the lesson, Ako cannot do it.

A shared world without open chat
Kids can explore the island alongside other players, but they do not get an open text box. Kid-to-kid chat uses preset phrases, so children can wave, celebrate, and play together without typing whatever they like.
The voice conversation with Ako serves a different purpose. Ako asks children to predict, explain, and try again. The multiplayer world feels social; the learning stays focused.
Screen time with something to show for it
Ako is designed like a game because children should want to come back. But there are no filler games between the educational parts. Every mini-game is one of more than 100 interactive lessons.
Children build, move, test, read, and notice what changes. Instead of watching someone explain a concept, they do something with it and talk through what they think is happening.

What children actually learn

Ako covers math, science, and reading for ages 4–13. Children might work with fractions, explore an orbit, dig for fossils, investigate the human body, or practice a reading skill.

The lesson gives them something real to manipulate. Ako watches what they do, asks for a prediction, and coaches the next step without simply handing over the answer.
A weekly note, not another dashboard
Every week, Ako emails you a short account of what your child actually learned. You can see which ideas came up, what seemed to click, and what may need another pass.
It arrives in your inbox, so you do not have to remember to check another app or translate points and streaks into something meaningful.

Frequently asked questions
Is Ako safe for my child?
Safety is built into what Ako can do. The AI can only act through the fixed, validated tools provided by each lesson, and kid-to-kid chat uses preset phrases rather than free typing. Ako is designed with a COPPA-conscious approach for children ages 4–13.
What happens if my child tries to take the conversation off topic?
Ako cannot become a general-purpose chatbot or follow a request outside the lesson. Its available actions are limited to the activity your child is playing.
Will Ako just give my child the answer?
No. Ako asks for predictions, listens to the child's reasoning, and coaches them toward another attempt. The point is to help children think, not help them finish faster.
Can we try Ako before paying?
Yes. Your child can play the first lesson free in the browser without creating an account. Continuing access is $15 per month or $120 per year.
